This company came and looked around my mums 5 bedroom house for a removal. He quoted and said his biggest van would be big enough to transfer all items within 1 trip. on the day of removal he arrived with the smallest van in the world. they turned up 1 hour late too!! It took 2 trips and we had to use 2 cars twice over too!! All he did was complain all day about the amount of stuff yet he had been round to the house previous and seen it all. My mum labelled all boxes with which room they had to be put in and if they were fragile and breakable...not that this mattered as the gentlemen that helped didn't read it and boxes were abandoned in whatever room they came across and not taken good care off. The floor in the conservatory has a hole in it where they were heavy handed with furniture, tables were scratched and a wardrobe broken! polished wood tables chipped and walls marked were suitcases were piled high from floor to ceiling. After struggling to get the fridge freezer into the property they were quite happy to abandon it outside in the garden until a massive argument happened. absolute cowboys considering they were supposed to be one of the best in Hull. Would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone!!!read more

Will never use another company apart from these guys again, we had an issue with getting the new keys until today and they were amazing they packed the van while me n hubby went to sign for keys. They were friendly and very time efficient thank you again guysread more

I rang this company up at 10am after being let down on the day of our house move by a different firm. Literally within an hour, they had sent two guys to my house who moved absolutely everything for me. Being pregnant, I was so stressed about the move but you did such an amazing job! The two guys sent were friendly, respectful, professional and polite. They took amazing care of our things. I was also so surprised by how quickly they got the whole job done in! Thank you so much for saving the day, I will be forever thankful for you squeezing me in at such short notice and both my partner and I will definitely be mentioning you to anyone who needs a removal! And the price was also super reasonable. Thank you!!
